Works well would buy this product again. But would have liked to have had a carry case to have went with it. Also would like to suggest to anyone interested in purchasing this product to look into a counter weight for the stand as the reflector makes it top heavy.

I primarily use this indoors opposite my flash/umbrella to fill in shadows with reflected light. I've also used it as a light stand for a second flash, and occasionally drape a dark blanket over it to act as a background, or to block reflections.

This thing is better than an assistant, because it holds the reflector in place and has yet to complain about getting tired/hungry/bored...Maybe I should have married this reflector stand instead of my assistant.

Very flexible; doubles as light stand. Very stable
when used indoors. I suspect it would be less stable outdoors on windy days.
