NB, but the Screws were Backwards

I use this speed ring to attach their strip box. Not Bad overall but the screws holding the Elinchrom ring were installed facing the monolight which made it impossible to turn. I took off all the screws and reversed and now it works perfectly. I bought two of these and they both had the screws on backward.
They should have installed it correctly or designed it better.
