Being a landscape photographer, I have never used an umbrella to highlight my subjects.
However, I am now teaching classes on photography and needed some things to demonstrate to students the importance of the proper light.
These umbrellas work extremely well and are handy to carry two flights up to the classroom.
I did discover that it is relatively easy to turn one wrongside out. The opening stop is only a rubber gasket and will slide out of position fairly easily. It only takes 3 hands to get it back to normal.
