This product lives up to the high expectations I had. I purchased one for my front office, then weeks later my billing dept shredder broke. Being completely satisfied with my initial purchase, I immediatley bought another one for her. I am now purchasing my 3rd shredder. I just love it. I would definately recommend this shredder to others who inquire about its performance.
