I bought this product when I came to know that I can roam around the office building w/o carrying my cell. First of all, it didn't work as it was advertized, you move to next room and it doesn't work. Second, the sound is coming o ear in very low voice, its very hard to hear the voice even you listen to highest possible volume setting.

Regrading comments about the distance, I had cell (iPhone4) on second floor and remained connected with no degradation in sound quality to or from while I was in the basement. Maybe it was the luck of the draw?

Actually bought two to communicate with my wife at the helm while I work the anchor on the bow. I read reviews about poor sound and defective merchandise, but took a chance.
Once set up and mics aligned, they work fine. Only problem is we'll need head bands to keep the dragon from falling out while moving around on deck. I even use the big ear bud. No help there. Otherwise, perfect.

Battery wouldn't charge and it's not user-replaceable. Exchanged for a replacement. Battery wouldn't charge. I'm sending it back. Last time I'll be dealing with Adorama. Sorry I couldn't give this zero stars.

Volume too low. Disconnects. Hard to tell when it's off or on. Can't get more than 15 ft from my cell. Don't waste your money. My Motorola H7100 is way better than this. I only wanted it because of the distance factor, but it's actually worse than better. Adorama not helpful. Never got a confirming email after purchase. Never did receive an order number and I cannot log in to my account. My email address is not on file.
