I bought this product to replace my previous canon imageclass. I had the old machine for 7 years. This is a major improvement because the toner slides in easily in contradistinction to the old machine. Fast start time, copy time and print time. My family uses it a lot for school and home projects..but I do I lot of work at home, and it's great for medium size copy and fax jobs.
So far no cons
