I bought this headset a couple of weeks ago and so far I have no real issues with it. I can hear everyone in meetings pretty well and nobody has had issues with hearing me. Occasionally, if someone has a fairly low voice I have difficulty making out what they're saying, but also I have a car with a fairly loud engine. I have had no issues with connectivity so far. For the price, I would definitely recommend this.
