Having owned two other Jabra bluetooth headsets, I was let down by the performance and fit of this headset. Most anyone I spoke with while on this headset had to ask me to repeat things because they couldn't hear me well. There was no problem with signal connection... just the sound quality was low or somewhat muted. It was almost pointless trying to use this where background noise was present. Even I could not hear as well with any background noises around me. I owned a Jabra headset which stayed in my ear perfecltt with just the Earbud 3 rubber piece. I was hoping for the same with this headset, but it is larger and slightly heavier than the other I had (which I lost and can't find to purchase agtain). But even with the newer eargel and over ear hook, fit was uncomfortable and never stayed in place.

Had an older Jabra and it held up well through lots of use. Battery finally died on it. Purchased this after checking reviews and it is consistently in the top 3. For the price theres no way to beat it. Great quality on Jabra's part. Also, this offer from Adorama includes everything except the box which you would throw anyway. Satisfied on all counts.

Have owned other Jabra Bluetooth headsets, and the BT530 is even better in sound quality, comfort and ease of use.
