After few weeks of nokia e72's usage...I really liked it. Even thought I wish it had a timer or a countdown clock which it doesn't. But other than that...I love it..Its great for texting and e-mailing. I have had couple of dropped called here but I think that's mainly due to strength of signal coming from At&T towers. :( It also has a fast browser.

I am currently deployed and I purchased this phone because I needed an unlocked GSM phone that was comparable or better than my Blackberry. This phone has so many surprising features it seems like it is almost too good to be true. One of the features I like the most is that the user can actually switch between personal and business mode which has two completely different desktops. This phone is also loaded with aps such as GPS navigation with turn by turn direction, a city guide, TETRIS, Mobile Office and the list goes on and on. For [$], this was a great purchase!
