The first thing I noticed about Panasonic phones was the feel of the handsets. There is a well-balanced weight to them that feels solid and sturdy. These telephones are built to last.
This phone system replaced an earlier Panasonic set with two handsets after one of the handsets was accidentally submerged for a time in water.(Incredibly, it still takes a charge, but it can't recognize a connection to the base unit.) I liked the old one, but the new one is even better.
As an over-fifty not-so-tech-savvy user, I love that the off buttons on these handsets are recessed at an angle, so there are no surprise hang-ups. The screens are larger, with easily-to-read print. They use menu icons which work similarly to a cell phone, making the system very user-friendly. Even setting up the phone book and the answering system is easy with the on-screen prompts. I haven't had to consult the manual to perform most functions, which is a definite improvement over older models.
I also find it handy to set a phone alarm as a reminder of various things on my to-do list. This one easier to use than the one on my cell phone.
The reception is crystal-clear, the range is excellent, and I just can't say enough about the great performance of this phone system! This is why I will keep coming back to Panasonic for my telephones.

Great phone!
I researched a bunch before deciding that this phone system would be right for us. The few complaints I'd heard were resolved with the latest model (redial, display) and I really like it. Easy to set up, and the fact that the phonebook is accessible from all three handsets is great-I can redial a number from any of the handsets in the house!
