I use the headset mostly in the car, but also to listen to music while doing household chores and mowing the yard. Very easy to set up and pair to my iPhone. Has a nice in-ear fit due to the multiple size ear pieces included. Buttons fairly easy to access... pretty self-explanatory operation. Audio quality is pretty good - much better than the standard iPhone earbuds - but some of that may be due to the fact that it's a noise-reducing style headset. Battery life seems pretty typical. Only issues I've experienced is an occasional/intermittent loss of audio signal when playing music on my iPhone, and episodes where the songs on the current playlist will play for about 15 seconds or so, then skip ahead to the next song. Not sure if that's an earset issue... or an iPhone/iPod issue.

Using the headset in physical tasks cause it to work loose from the ear easily. If the ear plug was a little longer it would be perfect
Comments about Plantronics Plantronics Voyager 855 Stereo Wireless Bluetooth Headset:
It was easy to set up and I did not have any problem to pair with my ipod.
However, sound quality is not very good and there is no bass at all. Not only that, the sound stream tends to skip like the old SONY discman without buffer. I had a motorola S9 in the past and it gave me a similar problem...but not as bad. When I watched a video on my ipod, there is a couple second delay with the sound track as if I was watching a video dubbed in English.
It is so light which is great, but at the same time it feels too flimsy and plasticly. Unlike other bluetooth earpiece that I have used in the past, this one is on the loose side and it tends to come off of my ear when I sweat.

Purchased the Voyager 855 on sale for[$]and very pleasedGreat sound AD2P with my Blackberry Retractable microphone is a great feature-extend to answer- retract to end callThe only minor problem is that the ear buds are round (not form fitted like other headsets). The headset is little loose without using the ear hook. Other than that I would purchase again!

awesome headset. I just got two of them. Great stereo sound. Its the first headset I have found that works well in my small loud sports car.
And its one of the few stereo headsets that use earbuds (and it comes with 4 different sizes), and it can also be used as a mono headset.

Comments about Plantronics Plantronics Voyager 855 Stereo Wireless Bluetooth Headset:
I was able to set up the Bluetooth pairing in less than 5 min. They designed the headset so that the first couple of times you turn it on it goes directly into the pairing mode. All you have to do is turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and follow the instructions on the screen. With one more button I was hearing beautiful stereo music. This is my second headset with stereo and this is the best I have ever heard. The other headset was a $100 Motorola that worked great but not as clear sound and not as comfortable. My wife complained that it sounded like I was in a phone booth. The Plantronics is designed so that if you don't want to listen to music the second earpiece comes off and goes in the bag that is included with the headset.
It comes with the detachable earphone for the stereo, also with a cool pouch that holds all of the accessories. There is also a lanyard to connect to the headset if you take it off temporarily. The other review talked about the red light blinking when you start charging the battery, mine did this also but it stopped after about a minute, it then charged just fine.
The earpiece slides forward toward your mouth to get better sound pickup. The sound is as good as it gets. It also has controls for the music player in your phone; mine had a play and no play, volume up and down, and a button for moving to the next song. The earpiece blocks most outside noise and delivers the music and or the incoming call into the ear canal and is clear with no distortion or outside noise. The sound is better that what you hear when I put my phone next to my ear without using the headset. This device is a high quality, easy to use, headset, don't hesitate you will love it.

Comments about Plantronics Plantronics Voyager 855 Stereo Wireless Bluetooth Headset:
I like the idea of this unit. When it arrived I was impressed because it had several different size tips and hoops, was light weight, I liked the design of the connection for the other ear plug and you can turn off the status light. But when I plugged it in to charge the red light flashed. I thought that was normal but soon realized it was not charging. So I called Plantronics and their tech support said if it flashes red when you plug it in that means it's broken. They offered a replacement but could not guarantee it was new and not a refurbished unit. I have really bad luck with refurbished units so I returned the unit. The other big negative for me is that in order to do music from your device the device must be AD2P compliant and mine isn't. So it would only function as a headset. If your device does AD2P and you don't mind the risk of getting a broken one, it might be interesting to try.
