I wanted this phone because it has fairly big buttons AND you can enlarge the font size for contacts and texts, which means you don't need to haul out your reading glasses every time you need to call someone or read a text when you're on the go. Unfortunately, it goes dead when it's idle and the only way to get it to work again is to take the battery out and put it back in and wait for it to reset. This can be a daily occurance, but the worst part is that you have no way of knowing until you go to use it and the screen is black. So, if you're like me and this is how your kid's school reaches you in an emergency, it could be hours before you find out that they couldn't reach you. I'm now on my THIRD one. They keep replacing them -- also tried replacing the battery -- but I've had this last replacement for less than 2 weeks and I've had to re-set it 3x now. A royal pain on an otherwise great device.

had to replace phone two times by t mobile 1st time phone would not ring 2nd time bluetooth would not work. now working on my third phone.
