I bought this phone to replace my Motorola Q phone because it can be used in Japan (the MotoQ cannot). The first one I bought had a defective "A" key so I had it exchanged. The second one worked for just over a month and then I had problems getting it into speakerphone mode. Instead of going into speakerphone mode, it switched to headphone mode. So I couldn't use the speakerphone anymore. Then a day later, the phone got worse. When I make or receive calls, the phone, all by itself, keeps switching between "normal" phone mode and speakerphone (actually headphone) mode continuously, making the phone completely useless since I can't make out what the person on the other end is saying.[...]

Adorama will charge your credit card as soon as you order it and will then tell you this particular phone is on back order. If you try contacting them via e-mail it will take them days to reply and if you try calling you will get a message claiming that their customer service representatives are busy with other customers and to please "call back in a few hours". After this message the call drops.
