The Blackberry Bold sold from Adorama under the disguise of Special Price is NOT new. I have received mine today and the moment I saw the box I understood there was something wrong with it. The moment I opened the box I saw the mobile phone was not in a new plastic bag, there were evident signs of scratches from use, the microphones and speakerphones had static dust accumulated on them from the use. The leather mobile pouch was missing, and everything was just thrown in the box not in its place.
Apart from that the Box states Made in Mexico while the terminal has the Made in Hungary written on it.
To cut the story short do not be fooled by the Special price advertised with this phone. The price is low as the phone IS USED.
And what adds more to my embarrassment is that I have asked the guys at Adorama prior to purchasing it and they confirmed to me more than once that the phone is brand new and in the original box.
What you can be sure of is that this is an OLD LIE for an USED PHONE!!!
