The model is really good. But the piece given to me was really bad. This is not actually a new phone. It is a refurbished one..yes that is true...they just put all the accessories new, change the panel, battery, but the keyboard is completely scratched..and back portion typically says that it is a used one. also it has AT&T on it...so all this say that it is a refurbished one..

I bought 2 of this model BB 8310 from this site and seriously feel made a big mistake. With the both BB I am not able to receive call, as soon as I get a call and answer it the mobile restarts and somehow you are able to receive a call in around 5 minutes it disconnects. Camera is somehow good but it too has a problem. Sometime it hangs when you start it and only option you are left is to take out battery and hard boot it. Overall I feel I made a big mistake and should have spend more on other model instead of this. I fill with the both the BB thats its a waste of money as I already did a OS update to the latest patch BB have but still see the same problem.

Have used this on AT&T pretty heavily for 18 mos, and it has held up well. Great email support, somewhat tedious user interface, but highly functional. OK for photos.
