I've been using a couple of these little Belkin testers for nearly three years, just ordered a couple more -- one more for myself and another for my sister whose digital camera takes AA batteries. I have found these testers absolutely invaluable and like to have one in every room where I use anything that takes AA or AAA batteries (in my case, cameras, flash units, radios, various remote controls, LED flashlights, blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeter, etc.). The two I already own have been absolutely reliable and perfect in every respect. I'd hate to be without them.

This is a very durable and handy tester for traveling and vacations. Much better and more accurate than others I've tried. This is a bit more expensive but well worth the cost as the cheaper ones just aren't reliable or accurate.

Just place battery in, wait for the lights to stop blinking.Make sure the terminals make good contact.

Used it immediately upon delivery to check condition of batteries. IMO quite accurate. Glad I bought it. I always was guessing on condition of batteries until now.

I am having some problems getting 9 volt batteries to work with it.
Other than that, it is very useful for me to check batteries when I am in the field.

This is the finest tester I have ever owned. Not only gives capacity, but tests under load. That's the info you need when checking batteries. I highly recommend...

I like the fact that I can now test a battery to check for its charge. I can see which batteries are failing and which ones hold a full charge. This gadget is lightweight and travels well

Solid state, no pesky wavering needles or other moving parts -- its LED display is far superior to those types. Self-powered by the battery it's testing. Very accurate and reliable so far. I only use mine for AA and AAA cells, both NiMH and alkaline -- there's a switch to set it for rechargeable or primary batteries. I like it so much I'll probably buy another to keep in my camera bag -- it's so small and lightweight it can be tucked into practically any camera bag.
