These batteries are the best. They are lighter than alkaline. They work better in cold conditions than alkaline. They recycle in the flash very fast. I use em in Nikon SB-800. They are def long lasting. I'm still shooting film with an F5 and this is the battery I have been using the entire time. Never had a prob.

yes they might be more expensive than regular batteries but besides lasting longer they charge flashes at least 3x faster then regular batteries. with regular batteries it takes about 15 or so seconds and 5 or 6 with the lithium. definitely worth it.

Rechargable AAs are never consistent, regular AAs never last long, but these guys are perfect. Long lasting, and very consistent. If you have a digital camera that takes AAs, these are the only batteries that make sense.
