checking 3 different battery chargers, This one is the most dangerous I tested. After the third charge cycle on a 4 AA alkaline batteries set, one of them exploded. I take also a electrical discharge during the manipulation of the wall adaptor.
It's why I classify it as DANGEROUS and not SAFE
