If you own an Induro DM Series ballhead, buy a few extra quick release plates for your camera and big lenses.
Solid quality and works as you expect. The thumb screw even has a fold up handle to help secure to your camera plus a coin slot to tighten even more. Great design. Just make sure to fold the handle down completely so it will not interfere with the safety catch on the ballhead.
