A rock solid ball head at a fair price. Its specs are very conservative -- it can hold more than 25 lbs. It is so smooth in its operation. I have tried a lot of ballheads and this is by far the best for the money

Makes Macro photograghy much easier.

For landscape and micro photos of insects The great thing is its compactness. Its G shape and factory setting of angle I cannot comprehend.

Could not believe the strength of this ballhead, will not move on you, but smooth operation for adjustment. Pair this with an L-bracket, you will need little else.
