Comments about Manfrotto by Bogen Imaging Bogen - Manfrotto Hydrostatic Ball Head with RC0 Rapid Connect System, Supports 35.3 lbs:

I took this head to Ireland and got some fantastic shots. I really liked the hydrostatic adjustments and it was rock solid with the Nikon D-200, SB-800 speedlight, "the Beast" (AF 28-70mm f/2.8 AF-S) and an ML-3 receiver dangling off of it. This was tested on a windy day at the Cliffs of Moher after a hasty setup with Gitzo's travel legs (very lightweight) and it was stable. I would also recommend the RC0 for the plate.
