I bought this head to use with a GlideTrack system mounted on top of my existing Bogen tripod and fluid head.
This head uses the same quick release plate so swapping my cameras from one to the other is fast, easy and very secure.
This head has a flat base that screws on to the tripod instead of the ball-type base of my other Bogen head. It mounted perfectly to the GlideTrack slider plate.
Highly recommend this product no matter what legs or system you're using.

I am a videographer and this is one of the best tripod heads that I have ever used. I purchased it at a really good price and it arrived ahead of the scheduled time.
