We bought this hoping to save some money but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. When it was still new it got the job done, but after regular use the plastic pieces began snapping.

I don't know what the exact pieces on it are called, so bear with me: one of the locks on the leg that is used to keep them extended has snapped; the ring that allows it the camera to pan up and down snapped; the handle on the thing you rotate to make it extend higher snapped; also, the rivets on the neck that keep it extended after you rotate that aforementioned handle have worn down so the camera tends to slide down involuntarily, especially if you press down on top of it with any force at all.

I would suggest staying away from this product and pay a little more something with a more quality build.
