Comments about VidPro VidPro TT-350 Aluminum Video / Still Tripod with Three Way Head - extends to 52":
About the only thing I like about this tripod is that it's light and small and the latches on the legs snap in and out with ease. But trying to set the pitch (when framing a photo) was frustrating -- I would loosen it and frame the it and then tighten it and find that the camera was pointing further down from where I set it. I had to play a point-the-camera-higher-before-tightening-and-hope-it-drooped-down-to-where-I-wanted-it game. Plus, the pod is very unstable and thus provides little advantage over holding the camera in my hands. For really long exposures (like I was doing to capture fireworks on the 4th) it worked out OK because there was enough time before the action for the camera to stop shaking. It also works if time delayed shutter is used. Perhaps my camera (FujiFilm Finepix 6000fd) is to big for this tripod -- but then it was included in the accessory kit suggested for the camera [...]
