Most of my photography has been with multiple shot stitched panoramas. This tripod is very solid, easy to setup, and easy to level out for taking the panos. For the money it will give you a professional grade tripod at about one third the price of other manufactures. I would recommend it to anyone who can handle its weight; it may not work for those doing a fair amount of hiking.
