Build Quality is SUPERB! At a reasonable price. The first time you load your camera into this body you will be absolutely impressed not only with it's overbuilt design, but also by its engineering close tolerance fit....It really pegs the "WOW" meter....If you're a shutterbug, and also an outdoorsy type....GET THIS PRODUCT! I am a Kayaker, Fisherman, scuba type that gets into some unusual places with this body......while "Extreme" zip lining in Costa Rica, a number of other adveturous soles had this housing protecting their cameras. BIGBIGSECRET......Make sure! to allow your camera body and housing warm to ambient outdoor temp prior to sealing your camera body within the housing.....Sealing your camera within the housing in Air Conditioning(eg. air conditioned vehicle)prior to its use, results in severe condensation/fogging within the housing. This will also hold true for any housing you use.....When using the body for the first time, I ruined some priceless fotos due to this in the jungles of CR and Pananma, while also snorkeling the Marine Sanctuary at Punta Uva.....Get the body...you'll be glad you did. I've had a few pics published while housed within this body ;). I am not surprised by the Ikelite quality here having cut my teeth on Ikelite lites as a boy long ago..
