This is the first underwater flash I've ever bought. Works great, and definitely gives the user an idea of the practical differences of underwater versus land photography.
Great starter flash, if you're not sure if you'll like underwater photography, this is the one to get. If you know you're going to keep doing it, maybe invest in something with a bit more power, but if you're crunched for money, you can't go wrong with this one.
