Comments about Kenko Kenko Lens Hood for the KRW-065 PRO DX, DXC & DXS Auxiliary Lenses.:

This thing is HUGE!! It's made of rubber, and comes with a really thick plastic lens cover.

I bought this for a wide-angle Kenko on a Canon GL1. It really cuts down on the lens flare, and allows the camera's light sensors to keep the exposure just right. It is really big, though. That's fine, as it makes the little GL1 look big and tough, but it does block the onboard mic a tiny bit. The onboard mic still works great for general stuff, but for close-up audio I recommend using a gun mic that has a bit more elevation.

All things considered, this is a great buy. If you have a Kenko wide-angle, this is a must-have.
