Wanted something compact but of good quality, particularly in the video department. I own an exceptional Digital camera so that has the photo quality covered. Boy was I in for a shock with this Panasonic. Grainy, wavy video no matter what setting. Post-video editing doesn't save it either. I didn't expect top-quality for [$] but also didn't expect my el-cheapo $100 snap-shot camera to beat out the video on this one.
