I use this product to print on the dvd's I provide to my customers. I have been very satisfied with it and have only had one difficulty. For some reason I originally had issues installing the printer on on of my computers. [...].I highly recommend the printer and hope that mine was an isolated issue.

[...] bad printer no accuracy in color no sharpnes and also you see grooves on the image I download all the updates but dosent work at all

Got this to use for DVDs I sell to my wedding clients. Easy to use with my new Mac, easy to drop in photos. Ink takes a couple hours to dry with darker images & you have to wipe off edges where ink splatters on non-printable surface edges. Photos look good but not perfect, can see dots in skin tones.
