This a great addition to my gear,a little pricey but it is so handy. Others out there are plastic, this is metal and can take some abuse, it is bright, long batt. life and cool after you use it. Two things they could improve on is. #1 the clear lens cover is not going to protect the bulbs from harm, I chose to make one from a thicker material so they will not get broke, a must to save the bulbs #2 The mount is cheap could be better, will not stay tight on the hot shoe or the ball and socket. Also the square bottom that goes in the hot shoe of your camera needs some loc-tite on the threads to keep it from being a real pain, to many moving parts on this mount.
