The case is fine - easy access to the QC120 and the battery. I got about 4.5 hours on a full charge. BUT there was no info regarding what kind (nicad/lithium ion) of battery is supplied OR charging times. And if one should store the battery in a charged condition or not. A phone call to nNovia answered my questions BUT that basic info should have been supplied.
