The Aspire AS5745-5387 15.6" Notebook Computer from Acer is a 15.6" notebook computer with a wide 16:9 aspect ratio and an energy-efficient LED backlight. Designed with multimedia performance in mind, the computer is also up to such tasks as e-mail, school work and financial management. Its multi-gesture trackpad and full-size keyboard make using the computer comfortable and intuitive.
The computer features a Blu-ray drive, allowing you to watch HD movies on Blu-ray disc right on the computer's 720p screen. You'll also be able to read and write DVDs and CDs with the drive. For those times when you'd like to view your movies on a larger display, simply connect the notebook to an HDTV via HDMI.
The system is powered by a 2.26GHz Intel Core i3-350M and boasts 4GB of RAM, a 500GB 5400rpm hard drive, 802.11n Wi-Fi, an integrated webcam and integrated Intel GMA HD graphics. Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) is the installed operating system.
