Music & Portrait Photographer Ruth Medjber* was born in Dublin to Irish/Algerian parents. She graduated from D.I.T. with a BA Hons. in Photography in 2008. Her work has been exhibited extensively in Ireland as well as Internationally. She cut her teeth in Hot Press magazine and now works from her studios in London and Dublin. Her photography is featured in the likes of Kerrang!, Metal Hammer, The NME, Rolling Stone, Rock Sound, Terrorizer and Classic Rock among others. Her portfolio includes Metallica, Beyonce, Madonna, Muse, Green Day, Jay Z....and so many more. Her professional injuries include the time Beck stood on her fingers, and the time Slash smacked her with his guitar – but both later apologized.
