Creating eye-catching holiday imagery doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive… you just need a fun idea! In this fashion shoot, I created a candy cane inspired fashion shoot using 1 light (bare bulb), 1 lens (Canon RF 24-105mm), and budget styling from Amazon!
Using a bare bulb against a white background allowed me to create a high key look with fun shadows and hard light. By selecting the Canon EOS R5 with the Canon RF 24-105mm lens allowed me to adjust my frame and composition to adapt to the subject’s movements. Then all I needed to do is capture playful expressions to evoke holiday cheer!
