New York, NY (PRWEB) December 20, 2007 – Adorama Camera, one of the largest photo retailers in the United States, is celebrating the first anniversary of the Workshops@Adorama.
The fast-growing series of on-site photography courses are taught by top working professional photographers and digital photography specialists.

To celebrate the Workshops’ first anniversary, Adorama is announcing an early-bird discount of 10% on all the currently posted Workshops@Adorama from today until January 10, 2008.

Started in February 2007 by program director Monica Cipnic, the Workshops@Adorama have quickly become very popular; there have been over 60 Workshops, Seminars, and Special Events offered during the inaugural year. The Workshops enhance Adorama’s reputation as a primary source not just for great deals and service when purchasing photographic equipment, but also as a trusted source of information for photography enthusiasts and professional photographers alike.

“In a very short time we’ve built up a photographic education and hands-on program that rivals offerings of long-established institutions,” says Cipnic. “We’ve had nearly 1,000 people attend our classes and events, with some of them traveling from as far as Brazil, Canada, and over 15 states to make the Workshops their educational destination.”
