The National Association of Broadcasters Show (NAB) has officially kicked off in Las Vegas, and the Adorama team is on the ground to find the latest and greatest announcements that are hitting the show floor. <\/p>\n

Here’s everything you need to know from day one<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Atomos Ninja V:<\/h3>\n

Atomos has finally come out with the smaller, 5-inch screen that users have been waiting for. With the functionality of the Inferno, but in a smaller frame, the lightweight version is ideal for cameras and gimbals. <\/p>\n

Manfrotto Cinematic Series Backpacks: <\/h3>\n

Manfrotto has just launched a new family of camera bags for better transport of all of your beloved equipment. New backpacks include the Cinematic Balance Video Backpack<\/a> <\/span>, and the carry-on ready Cinematic Expand Video Backpack<\/a> <\/span>. <\/p>\n

Manfrotto BeFree Advanced Live travel tripod & Sony collaboration: <\/h3>\n

Ideal for videography, the new travel tripod from Manfrotto icludes a full-fluid head on both pan and tilt. With new all-aluminum legs with a twist lock, the unit offers ergonomic construction for operating. <\/p>\n

Developed in collaboration with Sony, Manfrotto has also launched the Befree Advanced Sony Alpha Edition Tripod (with special Sony colors) and a base that is molded to fit the shape of the camera body, and level-lock and aluminum legs. <\/p>\n

DMG Lumiere by Rosco MIX lights: <\/h3>\n

DMG Lumiere by Rosco presented MIX, full-color lighting in three sizes: the MINI, the SL1, and the MAXI. Designed for film and television, the buildable units allow customization and lighting options that you can control via the company’s app, myMIX. Using a touchpad, you can adjust the level of lighting, change the temperature, the color balance, apply gels, change their saturation and hue, all from the palm of your hand. <\/p>\n

Teradek VidiU Go:<\/h3>\n

A live streaming unit, the VidiU Go encoder lets you stream to Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, and more, all in 1080p60 video quality. The Go has a H.264 and HEVC built-in that lets you produce video in AVC format, or allows for a H.265 option in bonded cellular broadcasts. <\/p>\n
