Since we first launched the Adorama Learning Center in 2002, we have undergone many changes as a company and a brand. Through the years, we\u2019ve experienced and reported on the evolution of technology, we\u2019ve seen the rise of new forms of content creation, and we\u2019ve been lucky to experience it all alongside the most talented creatives in the industry, including you, our readers.<\/p>\n

For nearly 45 years, we have been on a mission to empower and inspire creators everywhere by curating the best in electronics that support their vision. At Adorama, we believe that everyone is a creator. We are here to support them, now with a renewed mission to equip your creativity<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Today, you will notice we’ve changed our name to 42West. The new name \u2014 and logo \u2014 is a reflection of both our history and our future.<\/p>\n

The name is a callout to our flagship store, located at 42 W. 18th St. in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City. It has been our location since 1988 and is a significant part of our story (you can read more about that here<\/a>).<\/p>\n

And in the years to come, we promise to keep you up-to-date about the gear and trends, educated about the techniques, and inspired by the creativity of the talent around us.<\/p>\n
