Today, Canon is unveiling two new pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras: the CR-N500<\/a> and CR-N300<\/a>. Perfect for everyone from corporations to houses of worship and education institutions to event businesses, these PTZ cameras make recording and streaming easier than ever.<\/p>\n

The powerful CR-N500 boasts 4K UHD, with stunning image quality and 15x optical zoom for versatility. The CR-N300, another high-power PTZ camera from Canon, is equipped with a 4K sensor at 30p, with full HD at 60p. Its 20x optical zoom ratio guarantees high precision across the zoom range. Both th CR-N500 and CR-N300 have on-air pan and tilt movements that are smooth and flawless\u2014giving viewers an immersive experience they won\u2019t forget. Add the RC-IP100 Remote Camera Controller<\/a>, which controls up to 100 Canon-supported cameras, and using these PTZ cameras will truly be a breeze.<\/p>\n

CR-N500 Key Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With a 4K CMOS sensor and DIGIC DV 6 image processor, Canon\u2019s CR-N500 is a game-changer for businesses and institutions hoping to record or stream their content. Whether it\u2019s a house of worship streaming Sunday mass or a business livestreaming its state of the company, the CR-N500 will deliver the message with ease\u2014and in stunning 4K (30p) or Full HD (60P) resolution.<\/p>\n

And, with Dual Pixel CMOS AF, the CR-N500 can detect and track faces to ensure subjects remain crisply in focus. This camera has a 15x optical zoom and 4K UHD lens, with a wide angle of 73 degrees. Similar to the Canon CR-N500, the CR-N300 has a powerful 4K CMOS sensor with a DIGIC DV 6 image processor. It also works with a Canon lens that has a 20x optical zoom ratio, ensuring high precision for an immersive viewing experience. The camera\u2019s wide angle of 65.6 degrees captures the full scene, while its variable pan speed of .2\u00b0 – 300\u00b0\/second and variable tilt speed of .2\u00b0 – 170\u00b0\/second ensure it captures the action.<\/p>\n

The CR-N300 comes with IP Multi-Stream support, numerous interfaces, such as an HDMI and 3.5mm mini jack, not to mention the ability for one-person operation across multiple cameras.
