Additionally, Part 107 comes with restrictions, making it difficult for many departments to fly only under Part 107. Some restrictions include:<\/p>\n

  • You can only fly during daylight or in twilight with appropriate anti-collision lighting<\/li>\n
  • Minimum weather visibility is three miles from your control station<\/li>\n
