These Apogee Astro-Vue Binoculars come with Built-In Dark-Sky Nebula Filters that Flip-In or Out with the flick of your thumb at the two thumbwheels, one underneath each ocular.

The Nebula Filters increase contrast when viewing emission nebulae, plantary nebulae, and supernova remnants. As opposed to the typical field of view offered by a telescope, binoculars will allow you to take in the entire nebula in one go as the lower magnification compacts the nebula into a smaller view.
