Poor quality and weak product.

This is one of the worst products I have every purchased. I purchased the 140 x 40 cm and the 100 x 40 cm softstrip at the same time. One shipped missing three of the rods and the other was missing one of the rods. The user guide provided is not suitable as it is for a square strip and not a rectangle shaped softbox. If you follow the instructions provided you will end up causing the product to tear….just as I did. I would not recommend this product.

Fixed it myself...........

[...]...bottom line the two I received had rods that were 2 inches to long. Lession on this...if you believe something is wrong it most likely is..........[...]....no time for this..fixed the problem myself and moving forward..........[...]
