excellent piece

This camcorder case will do what it's supposed to do. I have another camera case from Canon for my p&s and it works great. No problems and I've had it for years so I expect that this case will hold up fine as it appears that it was made from the same material. The case is large and the controls are very basic. Power, zoom in and out, and record. The case comes with a mount for the camcorder that slides into a base in the case to keep it centered and so the designed controls will actually work when you place the camcorder inside. Frankly, I'm not too worried about not having all of the controls as I will most likely just put it in the Auto mode. I haven't actually tested the case under water as I justg ot it yesterday. I'll try to test it in the next few days.
