opens a new world to students
I am the program manager for an allied health school with three locations. We use the microscopes in our medical assistant, phlebotomy and veterinary assistant classes. It is AWESOME!!!!!!!

very useful tool to make your child love science, magnification capability is very powerful for the uses made for it. light weight, easy to move, the picture quality is excellent.

Great for family and classroom projects
THIS IS THE THIRD DIGITAL MICROSCOPE I PURCHASED. THE FIRST TWO WERE GIFTS TO MY DAUGHTER'S TEACHER (5TH GRADE). SHE LOVES THE ABILITY TO HAVE MULTIPLE STUDENTS USE ONE MICROSCOPE. BASED ON THE RESPONSE FROM TEACHER AND STUDENTS, I GAVE ONE TO MY DAUGHTER FOR XMAS. AT LEAST ONE OTHER PARENT PURCHASED THE SAME MICROSCOPE. I ALSO PURCHASED THE CASE OF 100 SLIDES AS THE MICROSCOPE ONLY COMES WITH 7 PREPARED SLIDES.
THE MAGNIFICATION OF THE FOUR LENS ARE: 4X, 10X, 20X,& 40X. THE NORMAL DIGITAL IMAGING IS 40X, 100X, 200X & 400X. WITH 4X ZOOM THE MAXIMUM MAGNIFICATION IS 160X, 400X, 800X, & 1600X.

Well worth the price I paid!
I purchased this microscope to enhance my son's homeschool science education. This microscope has great magnification. It's also convenient for multiple people to be able to view a specimen at the same time. My son loves to capture still and motion pictures of what he discovers on a slide. When I showed my husband the microcope and its capabilities, he looked at me with wide eyes and asked how much I spent. I asked him to guess and he guessed around $2,000. When I told him the actual price he was impressed, and relieved!!
