I like this lens cleaner. I'l share a technique learned that minimizes cleaning marks on lenses. What I do is spray a small amount of this cleaner on the the head of a quality soft Q-tip to moisten a small section of the lens glass. I then polish away this moisture using a fresh dry Q-tips, moving the head in small circles while slowly spinning the head of the swab so as to lift moisture along with oil/debris off the glass until dry. If too much spray was applied, than toss swab and use a second one, but try to use minimal spray and get job done with one swab (trial and error). Repeat process on different sections of the glass. Q-tips are cheap, use a lot of them if you need. It is surprising and amazing how this simple technique produces a magical moment when moisture 'pops' away into disappearance, & leaves immaculately clear glass behind. Hold glass at an angle from a light source to see what I mean. This technique is also effective with plain distilled water, but to remove finger prints and other debris, it is quicker to use a spray like this one. Happy shooting

I have astronomy eyepieces of various sizes. I try not to touch the optics, but sometimes its necessary. I've tried different cleaning techniques. Purosol seems to work the best, cleaning thoroughly with only a light touch on the lenses.
