Good scanners
These are easy to use. We purchased several of them for scanning insurance cards. They could have a little bit larger scan size but overall they are good.

Bought it for Win 7 64-bit
We used the older CardScan 7.05 scanners that worked with our Win XP machines. We use the scanner in an office environment to have a central location for all our contacts that can be accessed by multiple people at the same time. It does the job for us and seems to work on our newer Windows 7 64-bit machines, which was why we purchased it.

Yes it does work on 64 bit
Contrary to an earlier customer review, it does work on Windows 7 64 bit. It installed easily and is pretty darn smart. If the OCR places any info in the wrong spot, it is easy to fix. I like it well enough, I have ordered a 2nd one for my Son to use at his office.

I've had my Admins always enter my cards. This thing does it faster and better. I get an image stored of the actual card for future reference. Also, the OCR is amazing! It gets most fields perfectly correct for easy transmission to my Outlook Contacts.

I could have saved a lot of time and money if this product would have been properly advertised as not working with 64 bit operating systems.
Typical American product, so I don't know why I should have expected it to work in the first place.
I guess I should take the blame for expecting anything in America to work as advertised.

No Dymo Support
Like it was previously said: Dymo will not support it for 64 bit so it is a paper weight. Now I scan cards in with a program that does not need a simple scanner that can no longer work. Wish they would have cared about us customers enough to allow us a deal on another one they do support.
Even looking at their site now they will not easily tell you it does not work with 64 bit so they are still misleading people.

The "AtYourService" function is not available any longer. This unit is a simple device, it does its job, nothing fancy.

Card scanner
When I first started using the scanner, it worked great. However, now the software is not transferring the contacts to Outlook although none of the Sync information should have changed. The failure to transfer properly to Outlook makes this scanner almost worthless.

CaqrdScan Business Card Scanner
Great little business card scanner. However, the unit is now out-of-date as it can't be used with 64 bit computers, and it is no longer being made. I had to use my husband's laptop as the software would not work on both my desktop and his desktop. Then when I went to look for technical support I found that it didn't work with 64 bit machines, and the software was last updated in 2009. Too bad, as it's a great little unit.
