As expected
This is nothing special, except for the long screw. I used it to attach my DSLR to a flash bracket with a camera rotating device attached (flips camera to portrait orientaion without moving tripod head). The screw was a little longer than wanted/expected, but a couple nylon washers fixed the problem easily. I'd rather have it too long than too short!
