Poor Quality Control

Item came in a Damage box. The box came tape up. I pulled item out. Item looked ok but upon further review the plastic handles that hold the rail have stress signs on them, I guess from the box being thrown around. The sharpening rail has small nicks on it and you can feel it when the blade rolls over it. If you cut fast the paper cuts fine but if you do it normal speed the paper has small burr, it’s not smooth. Kinda of dissappointed because I thought I paid for a premium product and feels more like average. If the item would be in perfect condition I feel it would be a nice trimmer but as is can’t recommend

About Dahle 36-1/4in Cut Premium Rolling Blade Rotary Trimmer

Perfect for trimming needs from paper, film, photos, fabric, as well as mat board. This is a high-capacity, premium rolling trimmer with a thick walled aluminum guide rod which allows for maximum strength and minimal side movement of the cutting head that easily cuts thicker materials like matboard and stacked paper.

It features Precision cuts in either direction with it's ground, self-sharpening, replaceable circular blade.

Completely injury safe with it's enclosed plastic protected housing it virtually eliminates accidents. The unit can be wall mounted, and includes both inch and metric scales, on its sturdy metal base with an automatic see-through paper clamp. Also accepts an optional Stand.
