The replacement printer drum unit installed easily, works well, and has renewed the quality of the printer output. However, there was no provision for returning the old unit to Dell for refurbishment and reuse.

I've had this 2330dn printer for a number of years. It is truly a wonderful workhorse. I have replaced the drum and the cartridge a number of times. Easy to install and use. This is probably the best laser printer ever made!

I’ve had this printer since 2010. It runs like a champ and by replacing the drum (approx $50?) it just keeps going and going.

Print quality had become terrible. No amount of cleaning had effect. Reviewed 'Troubled Shooting' and ordered the part. All went well, print quality is restored. Happy customer, end of story.

This product solved our drum error message problems and restored the printing quality to like new. Very good results for the value. We've had to replace it a couple of times. I'd guess an average of once every 25,000 pages.

We are a very busy office and needed the drum for the printer "two days ago". When I ordered the cartridge I was resigned to wait, but was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait as long as expected. It came the next day. What a lifesaver!
