Good Product
The Key Board works great but the mouse is a bit of a problem. I have to occasionally adjust the batteries to keep it working.

KM717 not KM714
The KM714 keyboard and mouse was returned to Dell without opening shipment. The KM717 was ordered in its place because it has a separate cursor keypad area. The keys have great tactile feedback and the entire assembly appears to be well engineered. It has enough weight to keep it from moving while typing. The mouse shape took a little getting used to, but otherwise its fine. The KM717 is an excellent product.

Mouse turns itself off too often
Mouse is hardwired to turn off after 4 hours- therefore cannot be used to wake computer.

Good Kbd and Mouse
Excellent feel, but not full size keyboard. Smaller than a regular keyboard as it's lacking the middle keys between qwerty and the num pad. Home, End, etc are integrated elsewhere. Not a big prob but it takes a little getting used to. Over all it's a good kbd and mouse.

Good if you enjoy aesthetics over egronomics. Cheap and flimsy for a premium price
Mouse is uncomfortable. Keyboard is alright at best. The keypress and buttons are solid, but the keyboard flexes in the middle when hitting keys in the middle of the keyboard. Really feels cheap and flimsy for something that is supposed to be a premium product. I am unimpressed

Compact and Full Function Keyboard & Mouse Combo
Compact yet substantial keyboard, has worked flawlessly for me, and the mouse powers down after a period of non-use; a quick push of the onboard button powers it up instantly. This is a full-function combination.

This is a well built keyboard and mice very ingenious design, but the keyboard is missing a button or two that stand out from the logitech keyboard is a calculator button. I like having an onboard calculator. Please let me know if I just overlook it.

Still uses a standard USB for the transmitter yet the XPS-13 has all USB-C ports.Utter nonsense, making the keyboard/mouse almost useless.

Very nice wireless combo. The keyboard is just the right size. Did not realize that the mouse turns off after 4 hours. This was only noted on the online manual. Also, would have preferred caps lock indicator to be available without installing separate driver. Working great so far.

Best Wireless keyboard and mouse combo
Sturdy, compact and made of high quality products. Good wireless range. Will buy again. I had Logitec as my to go options but after buying this one, it surpassed the Logitec performance.

Dell Rewards points
Couldn't use it with new computer... Letter's kept repeating, upgraded drivers, replaced entire keyboard, still didn't work. Used Dell Rewards points to purchase.

Rapid scrolling of Mouse
clicking on the mouse and holding the click sometimes results in rapid scrolling- you have to turn it off and restart the computer to make it stop

Bad mouse & no sleep key
The mouse shuts off after being idle for 4 hours, so each day you have to turn it over and push the button again to activate it. It's very annoying. I would not recommend this mouse. The keyboard is also missing a sleep key.

Plug and play! As a non typist I feel the keyboard has a wonderful "feel". Mouse glides smoothly on my pad. Good sensitivity. Would buy again!

Keyboard not so great!
Although the keyboard is small and compact and looks cute, it does NOT have appropriate size or defined bumps on keys F and J. I rely on the bumps to correctly identify where my index fingers should be placed, without looking at the keyboard. I now have to look at the keyboard every time I sit down to work on the computer! And of course, if the phone rings, my hands come off the keyboard and it's just annoying.
